HR Data Management Analyst – GBS Americas

About the role

The HR Data Management Analyst will operate and sustain the regional HR data governance model for the LATAM region, acting as a control tower for workforce data. The role ensures data quality, consistency, and compliance across integrated HR systems, supporting payroll stability and reliable reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the regional HR data governance framework, acting as data steward for employee, organizational and payroll‑critical data.
• Define and maintain country‑specific critical data fields, golden sources, validation rules and a HR data dictionary.
• Monitor data quality indicators, manage remediation plans and publish monthly scorecards and heatmaps.
• Validate end‑to‑end HR data flows across Workday, ADP Celergo, BoB, GlobalView, GeoVictoria and other platforms, executing reconciliations and interface health checks.
• Ensure payroll data readiness, produce payroll readiness statements and prevent payroll defects through preventive controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence packs, control logs and exception tracking.
• Collaborate with country HR leaders, GBS teams, HRIS/IT integration teams and external vendors, driving root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Professional or technical degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Data Management, People Analytics or Shared Services environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday or other HCM platforms and multi‑country payroll processes.
• Native Spanish with at least B2 English proficiency; Portuguese a plus.
