HR Generalist Associate

About the role

The HR Generalist Associate is a hands‑on, execution‑focused professional who supports daily labor and people processes while contributing to strategy, analytics and short‑term projects. The role partners with HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence teams to deliver practical HR solutions that enhance the employee experience and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and report on core HR governance metrics (turnover, time‑to‑fill, onboarding completion, absence) and produce regular dashboards for leadership.
• Support policy governance by updating the local HR policy tracker, ensuring compliance with labor law and global standards.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives and lead short‑term HR projects such as process remediations, policy implementation and administrative support.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for managers, advising on local labor requirements and guiding administrative processes.
• Improve onboarding processes to boost new‑hire integration and time‑to‑productivity.
• Update competency and role frameworks, embedding them in job descriptions, interview guides and performance conversations.
• Contribute to EVP initiatives, inclusive hiring strategies and internal mobility communications.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for HR workflows, maintaining process documentation and data quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on HR professional with experience supporting day‑to‑day labor and people processes.
• Strong analytical ability to track and report HR KPIs.
• Knowledge of local labor law and ability to ensure policy compliance.
• Proven capability to lead short‑term HR projects and manage peak hiring cycles.
• Excellent partnership skills with HR Business Partners, COE teams and managers.
• Experience improving onboarding and competency frameworks.
• Interest in driving process automation and continuous improvement.
