HR Manager – Employee Relations & HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Bogotá office. The role focuses primarily on Employee Relations (about 80%) and includes a smaller HR Business Partner component for the Finance organization. You will act as a key point of contact for HR case management, ensuring policies are interpreted and applied consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations cases across a wide range of situations, emphasizing internal policies and principles.
• Provide guidance to HR partners and stakeholders on policy interpretation, case resolution, and decision‑making.
• Support decisions related to policy exceptions, travel and health‑related queries, and other internal guideline matters.
• Review cases thoroughly, assess context and intent, and ensure actions align with company policies.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor for internal HR clients.
• Contribute to labor‑relations topics and maintain a general understanding of Colombian labor law.
• Offer limited HRBP/HR BAM support to the Finance function, building partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop cross‑functional collaboration within HR and guide an intern reporting to the role.
• Demonstrate strong operational discipline, ownership, and proactive follow‑through.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations.
• Ability to partner effectively with HR stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess cases and ensure policy alignment.
• Experience supporting internal HR clients rather than direct business‑facing stakeholders.
