HR Manager – Global Business Services (Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide full generalist and strategic HR support to our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Colombia. In this role you will act as an employee advocate and trusted advisor, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant HR practices across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR services including workforce planning, staffing, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, career and leadership development, and succession planning for the Colombia GBS team.
• Partner with GBS and functional leaders to identify short‑ and long‑term HR priorities aligned with business growth and transformation, and design initiatives to address them.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions and other sensitive issues, ensuring consistent application of company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR generalist or business partner in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and HR best practices.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a high‑performance and inclusive culture.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
