HR Operations Associate

About the role

TMF Group is seeking an HR Operations Associate to join its HR Operations team. This early‑career position offers exposure to international HR processes in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR administrative activities for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases such as SAGE.
• Prepare and organise HR documentation, including contracts and letters.
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders, generate reports, and assist with payroll input.
• Manage tasks using digital workflow tools and ensure timely, accurate delivery of documentation.

Required profile

• Up to 1 year of experience in HR or HR administration.
• Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Interest in continuous learning within HR and basic knowledge of HR policies.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with digital tools and HR systems (e.g., SAGE).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
