HR Operations Lead

About the role

The HR Operations Lead reports to the HRSSC Manager for LATAM, Spain, and Portugal and is responsible for leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR Specialist teams. The role ensures operational excellence, SLA compliance and continuous improvement of the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coordinate Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, managing operational KPIs, SLAs and SSC performance metrics.
• Act as escalation point for complex cases, ensure end‑to‑end execution of Workday and ServiceNow requests, and manage relationships with internal clients and regional HR stakeholders.
• Oversee Workday transactions (job changes, data updates, position management) and conduct periodic audits for data accuracy.
• Process compensation transactions, manage retraining initiatives and support Tier teams on compensation inquiries.
• Standardize regional processes, manage mass data uploads (EIBs) and collaborate with business stakeholders to improve data management and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong experience in HR Operations / Shared Services with 2–3 years leading operational teams.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, strong customer focus and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Advanced English and Portuguese, excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in shared‑services environments handling Tier 2+ transactions and data integrity.
