HR Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst

About the role

The HR Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst will lead process optimisation, automation and AI‑enabled transformation across HR Shared Services for GBS Americas. You will partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, IT and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR process analysis, redesign, standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation opportunities across HR processes.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop AI use cases such as assistants, copilots, knowledge agents and intelligent workflows.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, change‑management, training and communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.).
• 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, GBS, Process Excellence, Automation or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record leading process optimisation and digital transformation projects.
• Advanced/Fluent English (minimum C1) and experience working with multinational, cross‑functional teams.
