HSE Manager (Head of Health, Safety & Environment)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SG SST) at our Bogota operations. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting our strategic objectives in the aviation and culinary sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the design, deployment and maintenance of the SG SST, guaranteeing alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
• Define HSE policies, targets and action plans that reflect the organization’s strategy and legal obligations.
• Conduct internal inspections and support external audits, reviewing and archiving safety and food‑safety documentation.
• Prepare validation reports summarizing inspection results and plant findings.
• Provide data analysis for HSE projects and quality improvement programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading HSE functions within a multicultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
