HSEQ Analyst – Quality & Safety Management

About the role

The HSEQ Analyst will support the continuous improvement of our quality management system (70%) and occupational health and safety program (30%). You will work closely with production and operations teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and feedback to staff on completing forms, temperature monitoring, product rotation, and labeling.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Food Safety Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP plans.
• Support implementation and certification of quality management systems.
• Ensure proper execution of prerequisite programs defined by the organization.
• Conduct monthly audits of each production matrix.
• Verify temperature records at every stage of production (raw material receipt, storage, preparation, assembly, dispatch).
• Review and archive documentation related to the food safety system.
• Prepare validation reports summarizing inspection results within the plant.
