Human Resources & Administration Specialist – LATAM

About the role

EZVIZ, a global smart home and IoT company and Hikvision subsidiary, is hiring an HR & Administration Specialist in Bogotá to support its fast-growing sales and service teams across Latin America. You will run day-to-day HR operations and administration for teams in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and other markets, working with the LATAM HR Business Partner, regional leaders and local vendors (payroll/EOR, recruitment, immigration, insurance and facilities).

Key responsibilities

• Run onboarding and offboarding: contracts, documents, exit conversations and final settlement calculations.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, statutory contributions and tax withholding with payroll vendors.
• Support recruitment: candidate screening, first HR interviews, offer communications and background checks.
• Support employee relations and compliance, including dismissal processes and labor disputes handled with legal advisors.
• Coordinate work visas, residence permits and insurance for expatriate colleagues.
• Manage IT equipment, supplier quotations, office supplies, document filing and office administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Solid knowledge of Colombian labor law, payroll and social security.
• Experience managing vendors such as payroll/EOR providers and recruitment agencies.
• Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.
