Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Colombia. The role focuses on strategic HR partnership, supporting the full employee lifecycle with an emphasis on talent development, performance management, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, guiding new hires from offer acceptance through integration and managing probation milestones.
• Drive performance review cycles, collect feedback, and collaborate with managers on employee growth and engagement.
• Identify retention risks, propose mitigation plans, and support initiatives related to career progression, compensation, and employee relations.
• Coordinate salary reviews, manage benefits communication, and participate in engagement survey planning and analysis.
• Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects, company events, and ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems and employee records.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational or IT environment.
• Proven ability to support the full employee lifecycle with a focus on performance, engagement, and retention.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
