Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Chia. You will support daily HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring a positive experience for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for local positions, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
• Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams on projects and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR coordination or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
