IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking an IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance, and support identity governance solutions. You will collaborate with compliance and business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives and improve access management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow for new governance use cases.
• Support and improve access certification campaigns.
• Contribute to role engineering to reduce access sprawl.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes meet SOX, PCI‑DSS, and NIST controls.
• Document configuration changes and maintain operational runbooks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on SailPoint IdentityNow configuration experience.
• Understanding of identity governance concepts such as access certification, RBAC, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills for working with compliance and business stakeholders.
