IAM UI Engineer

About the role

Rockwell Automation is looking for a Full Stack Engineer with identity and access management (IAM) experience and UI expertise, with hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud. The engineer helps build and maintain customer, distributor and supplier-facing digital platforms, including product catalogs, technical documentation portals, self-service tools and B2B eCommerce capabilities, working closely with customer experience, digital experience, Sales Operations and IT teams. The role reports to the Identity and Access Management Technical Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full-stack web applications supporting customer and distributor portals.
• Integrate IAM solutions such as Okta, Auth0 and Azure AD into applications supporting login, access, authentication and attribute-based authorization.
• Build responsive, accessible UI components optimized for complex product catalogs and technical content.
• Implement and customize solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Integrate personalization and segmentation with Adobe Target and support analytics with Adobe Analytics.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for ERP, CRM, Customer Master and product registration systems.
• Collaborate with UX designers on design systems and take part in CI/CD and Azure cloud container deployments following secure coding practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and advanced English.
• Preferred: 5-7 years of full-stack development experience.
• Preferred: familiarity with customer experience implementations, customer/distributor portal architectures, search solutions, accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

Required skills

• Front-end: React, Angular or Vue, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• AEM (6.x or Cloud Service), AEM components, templates, Sling Models and content fragments.
• Backend: Next.js, Node.js or Java (Spring Boot preferred).
• IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, federation, MFA, policy-based access, API security and role-based access control.
• Preferred: Azure Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform and Agile environments.
