ICM Data Consultant – Varicent Platform

About the role

We are looking for a skilled ICM Data Consultant to own the administration, configuration, and daily operations of our Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform. You will act as the bridge between sales strategy and technical execution, ensuring accurate, audit‑ready commission calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Commission Calculation and Reporting applications run efficiently and plan production data loads.
• Lead incident analysis, root‑cause documentation, and implement lessons learned.
• Translate complex sales incentive plans into functional technical requirements within Varicent.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for sales reps, managers, and executives.
• Conduct system audits for data integrity, plan compliance, and SOX alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of experience in IT application development, operations support, or similar.
• Experience with mainframe programs and ICM platforms (Varicent or SSIS).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to explain technical issues in lay terms.
