Implementation Consultant (B2B Client Onboarding)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding from kickoff to successful Go‑Live. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients transform procurement and financial processes by configuring our SaaS platform, managing complex projects, and driving user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client procurement and financial workflows into customized product configurations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate blockers and translate feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English communication skills for leading meetings and negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling business data and metrics.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM systems and guiding organizational change.
