IMS Analyst

About the role

The IMS Analyst will coordinate metrology and quality control services, ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, and manage supplier‑related activities such as equipment maintenance, calibration, and batch record handling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage metrology and quality control services, maintaining ISO compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration with external providers, handling quotations and certificates.
• Maintain batch records, retention samples, and the Batch Record inventory.
• Issue MIGO documents to suppliers, follow up invoices and monitor related expenses.
• Coordinate pest‑control activities and ensure a safe work environment.
• Support internal audit programs and conduct supplier audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Internal Auditor certification or training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
