Inbound Sales Representative – US Home Services

About the role

Join Mother’s modern plumbing division as an Inbound Sales Representative, converting inbound leads into booked appointments for a Texas‑based home services company. This full‑time remote position focuses on driving growth by handling U.S. customers during evening, night and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments for plumbing, HVAC, roofing and related services.
• Follow up on leads, handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly appointment and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with strong spoken communication.
• Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting or lead follow‑up.
• Availability for night shifts and weekends.
• Persuasive, energetic and disciplined personality.
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers.

What we offer

• Base salary up to $2,000 USD per month (range $1,800–$2,000).
• Commission of $500 USD per month.
