Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a growth‑focused Influencer Marketing Manager who lives inside the social media ecosystem. This fully remote position requires constant availability to spot, onboard, and nurture high‑potential creators using our proprietary data tools and algorithms.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressive prospecting on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms to identify undervalued creators with viral potential.
• Daily integration with in‑house algorithms to validate creator metrics and forecast growth trends.
• Personalized, high‑conversion outreach and negotiation of performance‑based partnership deals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, building long‑term relationships that align with brand objectives.
• Analyze ROI with internal and external data tools to decide which partnerships to scale or sunset.
• Coordinate with internal teams globally to ensure creator content supports broader company goals.

Required profile

• Innate ability to identify creators before they go viral, understanding hook rates, engagement quality and audience sentiment.
• Strong analytical rigor; comfortable making data‑driven partnership decisions.
• Hyper‑availability – able to work on‑call 7 days a week to capture real‑time social trends.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized remote worker capable of managing a large talent roster.
• Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and decentralized platforms.

Required skills

• Familiarity with creator CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in data‑driven analysis using dashboards.
