Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join SAMY as an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, build strong creator relationships and deliver measurable results for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Research, identify and select influencers and content creators that fit each campaign’s target audience and brand positioning.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with influencers, agencies and external partners.
• Coordinate campaign execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Review, monitor and approve influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance, monitor key metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account management and paid media teams to maximize impact.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging creators and platform updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communication or influencer agencies.
• Experience managing clients and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and campaign planning.
• Knowledge of influencer campaign metrics, KPIs and performance analysis.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with content creators and talent representatives.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency.
