Infra Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infra Team Lead to head a technical infrastructure team that resolves complex issues, supports escalated service requests, and drives reliability and continuous improvement across networking, server, cloud, and security environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L3 escalation support and technical leadership for complex infrastructure incidents.
• Guide the team in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members through training plans and performance management.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance performance, reliability and security.
• Collaborate with client teams on technical discussions, system enhancements, new products and tools.
• Lead small internal technical projects and complex system initiatives.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures and service metrics.
• Participate in a 24 × 7 on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, networking, cloud or security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Availability for 24 × 7 on‑call support.
