Acerca del puesto
Buscamos un Support Engineer para un proyecto de infraestructura con tecnología Microsoft de punta, para un cliente internacional. La posición es híbrida y forma parte de Cegeka, compañía belga con más de 30 años en TI.
Responsabilidades principales
- Resolver incidentes y diagnosticar problemas, frecuentemente de forma remota.
- Instalar y configurar infraestructura.
- Proponer mejoras y optimizar el entorno del cliente.
Perfil requerido
- Experiencia en infraestructura y Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID o Windows Server.
- Inglés nivel B2 o superior.
- Disponibilidad para turnos y guardias.
- Ganas de aprender y trabajar en equipo.
