Acerca del puesto

Empresa del sector manufactura busca un ingeniero mecánico, industrial o afines para desempeñarse en el área de servicio al cliente, garantizando la atención técnica y el seguimiento de requerimientos.

Responsabilidades principales

Atender y brindar servicio al cliente en departamentos técnicos de servicio.
Realizar seguimiento a los requerimientos de los clientes.

Perfil requerido

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en atención y servicio al cliente en áreas técnicas.
Manejo de sistemas ofimáticos.

Habilidades requeridas

Conocimientos en sistemas de bombeo.
Manejo de sistemas ofimáticos.
