Innovation Management Consultant

About the role

Corporate Innovators is seeking an Innovation Management Consultant to work directly with the founder on designing and delivering end‑to‑end innovation projects for large B2B and tech clients. The role is fully remote and offers ownership of training design, framework development, and client‑facing deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and facilitate trainings and workshops on topics such as business model innovation, design thinking, portfolio management and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Develop and document frameworks, methods and tools that support innovation and portfolio management initiatives.
• Create high‑quality, C‑level‑ready presentations, canvases, playbooks and other client deliverables.
• Conduct desktop research, benchmarking and customer/user research, synthesize findings and support analysis.
• Assist in workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, ChatGPT) to increase efficiency and enhance consulting outputs.

Required profile

• Previous consulting experience in strategy, innovation or management is a strong plus.
• Excellent structuring and synthesis abilities – able to turn complex problems into clear frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and delivering trainings, workshops or learning programs.
• Comfortable with innovation methodologies such as design thinking, lean startup, agile and business model design.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; daily work in Spanish, client deliverables in English.
