Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

Unox Colombia, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to identify and manage sales opportunities, conduct cooking demos and provide training within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities by researching potential customers and following up with new leads.
• Analyze competitor information and market trends to tailor sales strategies.
• Provide personalized support to complement the external sales team and meet lead/prospect needs.
• Prioritize leads according to commercial strategy, coordinate project activities and support customer retention.
• Manage accounts, draft quotations and generate recurring revenue through proactive communication.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proven organizational, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Excellent command of the English language.
