Inspection Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Inspection Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day office operations and ensure smooth communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up across multiple construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support field staff by providing drawings, documents, and information needed on site and act as the central point of contact between field staff, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Coordinate daily schedules, collect field documentation such as NCRs and RFIs, and follow up promptly on missing or outstanding documents.
• Track outstanding reports, review incoming reports for completeness and quality, and upload finalized reports into the appropriate software system.
• Monitor project requirements, identify overlooked inspections or tasks, and ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow‑through and attention to detail.
• Highly focused, proactive, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects, people, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear and professional communication skills by phone, text, and email.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with inspection processes and construction documentation (preferred).
• Experience in construction, inspections, project coordination, or a fast‑paced office environment (preferred).
