Instore Jr Executive

About the role

NielsenIQ, a consumer intelligence company, is looking for an Instore Jr Executive in Bogota. The role serves clients through advisory work and opportunity detection, responding quickly and in depth to their requests with analysis of strategic business variables.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret the information on the services NielsenIQ provides to clients
• Manage the administrative control of client accounts
• Track client service requests
• Advise clients on market research issues to support their decisions
• Prepare insights to increase company revenue and meet objectives
• Carry out special projects that support new products and processes

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• Experience in market research companies, retail or FMCG manufacturers; professional internships are also considered
• Direct client interaction experience
• Advanced English proficiency
• Teamwork, commitment, high frustration tolerance, organization, prioritization and a customer-oriented mindset

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory)
• Experience with large databases and generating insights
• Python (nice to have)
