Integrated Marketing Manager

About the role

Revoo Colombia is seeking a strategic and creative Integrated Marketing Manager to lead brand experiences across digital and offline channels. You will act as the central hub for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall marketing initiatives, coordinating ATL and BTL teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from timeline planning to deliverable execution.
• Develop campaign proposals, including strategy, messaging, and execution plans.
• Support integrated planning for store openings, brand activations, and other marketing projects.
• Oversee online advertising strategy, execution tracking, and performance optimization.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, production teams, and media resources.
• Assist with budget tracking and payment processes for offline activities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines while adapting to local market needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of both digital (social media, paid media, content) and offline (events, activations) marketing.
• Basic design sense for graphic and video assets.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize performance.
• Highly responsible, execution‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
