Intermediate Business Analyst

About the role

Dev.Pro is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst with a technical mindset to join its remote‑first team. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate evolving business needs into clear technical requirements for a large‑scale payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Translate high‑level business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Document and maintain API specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and validation rules.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and end‑to‑end workflow diagrams.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear and technically feasible.
• Proactively identify gaps, resolve ambiguities, and drive clarity across stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptability to navigate uncertainty and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with strong stakeholder communication.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, backend systems, and data flows.
• Experience documenting API specifications, integration requirements, and data mappings.
• Knowledge of BA methodologies and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to create workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
