Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist

About the role

As an Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist at Clio, you will help legal professionals in LATAM adopt our AI‑driven solutions through engaging training and onboarding programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in‑person onboarding and advanced training sessions tailored to the LATAM legal market.
• Create learning materials such as guides, videos, webinars and other educational resources.
• Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals and Sales teams to boost product adoption.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adoption using HubSpot and internal tools.
• Gather feedback, support product launches, and expand training to academic and government customers as the business grows.

Required profile

• 2+ years in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement or Corporate Training, preferably SaaS or LegalTech.
• Native or fluent Spanish and intermediate‑advanced English (B2+).
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Based in Bogotá and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficiency with e‑learning/LMS tools.
