About the role
Simpro is looking for an Internal Communication & Employee Listening Specialist to strengthen employee engagement, support organizational culture, and deliver clear, impactful communications across our global team. This role is part of the HR team and will work closely with leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross‑functional teams to improve the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Execute internal communication strategies, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and town hall materials.
- Create engaging content that promotes company values, culture, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate employee surveys and feedback mechanisms using tools such as Peakon.
- Monitor Glassdoor and Indeed reviews, analyze sentiment, and draft professional responses.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Support change management initiatives through clear and timely communications.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support HR, Talent Acquisition, and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate focus groups, listening sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Required profile
- Experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, HR Communications, Employee Engagement, or a related field.
- Strong written communication, storytelling, and content creation skills in English.
- Experience with employee surveys, feedback analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
- Familiarity with communication platforms, Glassdoor, Indeed, or employee listening tools such as Peakon is a plus.
