International Account Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International Account Relationship Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of B2B accounts across Latin America and the Caribbean. This strategic inside‑sales position focuses on deepening existing relationships while actively hunting new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of international B2B accounts with annual revenue between $1.5M and $4M.
• Prospect and develop new opportunities within existing and net‑new accounts.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and track activities in Salesforce.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to match solutions to customer operations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive profitable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and U.S. teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for multinational customers operating across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven B2B sales experience in account management, inside sales or customer success.
• Demonstrated success driving profitable growth in a remote/virtual selling environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
• Hunter mindset with proactive prospecting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across time zones.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM.
