Inventory Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing startup seeking a proactive Inventory Manager to own both the physical flow of goods and the digital records that support our sales operations. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be the backbone of our warehouse and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse logistics, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate incoming shipments.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure procurement processes run smoothly.
• Enter and update product data, listings, and client/vendor files in our CRM with high accuracy.
• Track product movements and keep stock counts synchronized between physical inventory and the Odoo ERP system.
• Handle foundational financial admin, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing related to supply‑chain activities.
• Generate reports and spreadsheets to support decision‑making and operational transparency.

Required profile

• Highly responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated “figure‑it‑out” mentality with a passion for clean, accurate data.
• Solid experience in warehouse management, supply‑chain logistics, and basic AP/AR administration.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with sales and procurement teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Odoo ERP platform (inventory, procurement, and CRM modules).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets for collaborative tracking and documentation.
