Inventory Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing startup seeking a proactive Inventory Manager to become the backbone of our warehouse and digital operations. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will ensure that physical stock and our ERP system are perfectly aligned while supporting the entire supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse logistics, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate product listings and data entry in the CRM and Odoo ERP.
• Track product movements, update stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
• Handle foundational financial admin, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing related to suppliers and vendors.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with a “figure‑it‑out” attitude.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo, especially inventory, procurement, and CRM modules.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data.
