Investigations Triage Specialist

About the role

The Investigations Triage Specialist ensures employee concerns and workplace issues are routed efficiently, consistently, and confidentially to the appropriate HR, compliance, ethics, or business stakeholders. This role serves as the initial point of contact for investigations-related inquiries and case intake activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and triage employee relations, ethics, compliance, and workplace concerns submitted through established intake channels.
• Conduct initial assessment of cases to determine risk level, urgency, required documentation, and appropriate routing.
• Accurately document allegations, inquiries, and supporting information within case management systems.
• Ensure timely escalation of high‑risk, sensitive, or complex matters to designated investigators or business stakeholders.
• Monitor case queues and service‑level expectations to support timely resolution and stakeholder responsiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics, Shared Services, Contact Center Operations, or Investigations Support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess and prioritize cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with case management systems.
• Proficiency in HR systems or workflow management tools.
• Ability to produce reports and dashboards.
