Invoice Processing & Resolution Assistant

About the role

Support the processing, verification, and resolution of invoices for the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices within established deadlines, adhering to service level agreements and internal control procedures.
• Review invoice data and tax requirements to ensure accurate accounting and timely payments.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies between operating companies and NASS.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal customers, and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to invoice processing and resolution.

Required profile

• Technologist degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or university student from the fifth semester onward.
• Less than 1 year of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, accounting or related areas.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excel proficiency (desired) and SAP knowledge (desired).
