About the role
Sii Group Colombia is seeking an IT Business Manager to drive business development for technology consulting and IT talent solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of the IT market and the ability to manage the full commercial cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development strategies for technology consulting services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Develop new accounts (hunting) and grow existing ones (farming).
- Prepare technical‑commercial proposals for roles such as QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture, etc.
- Oversee margins, profitability and commercial forecasting.
- Collaborate with recruitment to ensure delivery timelines and SLA compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consulting, technology staffing or software factory environments.
- Proven track record selling and closing technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
- Experience managing B2B corporate accounts and negotiating margins.
Required skills
- Knowledge of QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture and related technology roles.
