IT Healthcare Analyst

About the role

Polaris is seeking an IT Healthcare Analyst with a clinical background to support U.S. healthcare organizations. The role involves training providers, supporting ambulatory workflows, and participating in system implementation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support ambulatory healthcare workflows within Epic and related technology systems.
• Train and support physicians and other providers in the use of healthcare technology.
• Explain clinical workflows and system functionality clearly to end users.
• Participate in system testing, workflow validation, and implementation activities.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, user guides, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology teams to provide workflow support.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) or other clinical background.
• Experience training physicians, healthcare providers, or clinical teams.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (strongly preferred).
• Understanding of ambulatory/outpatient clinical workflows.
• Advanced English level (C1) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bogotá.
