IT Infrastructure Analyst – English Fluency

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to manage and maintain our IT equipment and systems in Bogotá. The role combines hands‑on technical work with second‑level support and contributes to the strategic development of our technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT equipment, perform system and software installations and configurations on servers.
• Provide second‑level technical support and timely follow‑up on support requests.
• Support backup monitoring, vulnerability scans, security bulletins and updates to equipment and operating systems.
• Participate in procurement, selection and negotiation with IT service and equipment providers.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in defining strategic plans for technology infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT‑related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware and software.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude toward improving IT processes and services.
