IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist

About the role

Infotree Global Solutions is hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist in Bogota, Colombia, on a hybrid basis. This individual contributor role drives the administration, monitoring and continuous improvement of the IT Infrastructure Compliance Management Program, covering compliance activities, risk management, audits and GAMP-based validation across global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the IT infrastructure compliance program in line with regulatory, contractual, privacy and corporate quality requirements.
• Coordinate infrastructure qualification and validation for systems supporting GxP-regulated environments, including GAMP-based deliverables.
• Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks, manage the IT Risk Register and track remediation plans.
• Coordinate compliance investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA plans.
• Maintain controlled IT policies, procedures and ITSM knowledgebase content aligned with ITIL.
• Support internal, external, customer and regulatory audits and inspections.
• Act as liaison between Infrastructure Operations, Information Security, QA, Risk Management and Legal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Quality/Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, information security, quality assurance, regulatory compliance or risk management.
• Proven experience supporting GxP-regulated environments such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, to communicate with global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of GAMP-based validation and computerized system validation.
• ITIL-based service management.
• Advanced root cause analysis and experience managing CAPA and risk registers.
• Preferred: cloud compliance knowledge (Microsoft Azure, M365) and certifications such as ITIL 4, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 or GAMP 5.
