IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator to design, implement, and maintain both on‑premises and cloud solutions for internal and external customers. The role combines hands‑on administration of Microsoft technologies with proactive monitoring to ensure a stable, secure, and high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain on‑premises Active Directory environments.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 and Azure platforms, including email migrations.
• Configure and deploy workstations, servers, and related software.
• Monitor server, storage, and network performance and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and security teams to enforce security policies.
• Generate reports on system performance and operational metrics.
• Perform additional duties as required, including occasional travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 3 + years experience.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities in complex environments.
• Availability to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 setting and to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid basis in Bogotá, Colombia.
