IT Pricing Systems Analyst

About the role

The IT Pricing Systems Analyst provides first‑line functional and technical support for global Pricing & Contracting applications such as Vendavo, Salesforce, Conga CPQ and PROS CPQ. The role ensures timely incident resolution, supports system integrations and contributes to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Vendavo, SFDC, Conga, PROS and other commercial tools, handling “how‑to” and troubleshooting requests.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, create knowledge‑base articles and drive automation or process‑optimization projects.
• Assist with quarterly audits, onboarding of new systems and development of work instructions.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams on data flows, minor enhancements and system integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 3‑5 years of help‑desk or incident‑management experience.
• Fluent English, strong customer‑service mindset and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in an ITSM framework with SLAs in a large, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Vendavo, Salesforce (SFDC), Conga CPQ, PROS CPQ.
• ServiceNow or similar incident‑management tools.
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Excel (including macros), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI).
• Data validation, reporting and basic automation scripting.
