IT Recruiter Specialist – Talent Inclusion (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a mid‑level IT Recruiter Specialist to strengthen its talent database in Colombia with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity. This inclusive, fully remote position will work closely with product teams to source and place top‑tier technical and non‑technical talent for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and place candidates across IT and corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Legal).
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot).
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights for proactive talent pipelines.
• Close senior‑level positions, including C‑suite roles (CEO, CTO, VP).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency for candidate communication.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms: Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot.
• Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights.
• Solid understanding of IT terminology (SDLC, Cloud, DevOps).
• Familiarity with non‑IT corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Legal).
