IT Specialist - ERP, P2P/O2C and WMS/TMS Integration

About the role

Midea Andes Region (Bogotá, Colombia) is looking for an IT Specialist to support the implementation, daily operations and continuous improvement of ERP across Colombia and Ecuador. The role focuses on end-to-end P2P and O2C processes, supply chain execution and ERP integration with WMS and TMS, and acts as a regional bridge between business users, HQ IT, regional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP and related applications in Colombia and Ecuador, owning P2P and O2C application support
• Analyze and improve P2P and O2C processes, gather requirements, document process gaps and BRDs, and coordinate solution design with HQ IT
• Take part in implementation lifecycles: validation, SIT, UAT, data migration, training, go-live and hypercare
• Troubleshoot incidents, analyse root causes, manage issues and change requests, and improve application stability
• Support ERP integration with WMS and TMS (inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, API/EDI) and coordinate e-invoicing and Finance interfaces
• Support Finance processes such as AP, AR, GL and period-end close where relevant
• Coordinate regional stakeholders, HQ IT and vendors, tracking priorities, risks and deliverables

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, supply chain, business information systems or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support or business systems analysis
• Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P and O2C processes in ERP systems
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, incident resolution and stakeholder coordination
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus

Required skills

• Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud or comparable ERP platforms
• WMS and TMS implementation or support, including ERP-WMS/TMS integration
• Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, accounting interfaces, financial close and reconciliation)
• EDI/API integration and electronic invoicing
• Plus: Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Infios, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Oracle OTM, SAP TM, e2open
