IT Specialist

About the role

ARRISE is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join its fast‑paced, 24/7 environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting user devices, and ensuring seamless operation of streaming and broadcasting equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support streaming equipment (encoders, scanners, desktop systems) using monitoring tools and logs.
• Handle incoming IT support tickets, focusing on critical infrastructure such as dealer modules, encoders, access points, and switches.
• Collaborate with development, audio‑visual, security, and IT teams to test new applications and verify network functionality.
• Manage encoders and media servers for live studio broadcasting, troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Work with Operations heads and shift managers to resolve technical problems and replace faulty equipment.
• Maintain workstation configurations, user access rights, and internal procedures.
• Update IT inventory records, assign equipment, conduct audits, and liaise with external suppliers.
• Enhance IT infrastructure, perform hardware/software maintenance, and ensure data confidentiality and security.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting hardware and software for user devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Solid experience with Active Directory management.
