IT Systems Administrator (Active Directory & Identity Management)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator with deep expertise in Active Directory and Identity Management to join our infrastructure team in Bogotá. You will manage enterprise identity services, support domain migrations, and ensure secure access across a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory objects, including users, groups, OUs and GPOs.
• Handle user provisioning and de‑provisioning in line with identity lifecycle policies.
• Enforce identity governance, least‑privilege access and privileged access management.
• Support domain migrations, AD consolidations and M&A integration projects.
• Troubleshoot authentication, replication and Group Policy issues.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Domain Controllers, DNS and DHCP.
• Maintain hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Ensure system availability, patch management and configuration compliance.
• Integrate security tools and assist SOC onboarding during acquisitions.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Active Directory, GPOs and OU design.
• Proven experience in domain migrations or AD consolidations.
• Solid Windows Server administration background.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for AD automation.
• Understanding of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience in multi‑domain or multi‑tenant environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Advanced English communication (spoken and written) and ability to work hybrid from Bogotá.
