IT Systems Administrator (Active Directory & Identity Management)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator with deep expertise in Active Directory and identity management to join our infrastructure team in Bogotá. The role focuses on managing enterprise identity services, supporting domain migrations, and ensuring secure access across a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including users, groups, OUs and GPOs.
• Manage user provisioning and de‑provisioning following identity lifecycle policies.
• Support domain migrations, Active Directory consolidations and M&A integration projects.
• Troubleshoot authentication, replication and Group Policy issues.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Domain Controllers.
• Support hybrid identity environments using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Ensure system availability, patch management and configuration compliance.
• Manage core directory services such as DNS and DHCP.
• Implement security best practices, including least‑privilege access and Privileged Access Management.
• Assist with security tool integration and SOC onboarding during acquisitions.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience administering Active Directory.
• Experience with GPOs, OU design, domain migrations and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automating AD tasks.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and lifecycle management.
• Experience in multi‑domain or multi‑tenant environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Bogotá, Colombia.
