IT Systems & Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Systems & Operations Specialist to support and enhance our technology environment. This remote position will focus on building efficient workflows, maintaining digital assets, and providing day‑to‑day technical support for our growing healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize Monday.com workspaces and automated workflows.
• Update and manage company websites and social media platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
• Set up user accounts, manage permissions, and control access across systems.
• Support integrations and automations between various business platforms.
• Identify and recommend technology solutions that improve productivity.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to non‑technical team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical support.
• Hands‑on experience administering Monday.com and building workflows.
• Familiarity with website management and content updates.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud‑based business tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
