About the role
At SNP, a technology‑focused consultancy with 30 years of experience, the Junior Transformation Consultant joins a team that delivers large‑scale projects for clients worldwide. The role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in IT consulting and support transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in the delivery of transformation projects.
- Support data‑related tasks using SQL and Excel.
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation and basic analysis.
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT or consulting environments.
- Intermediate level English (B1/B2).
- Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn and ability to travel.
Required skills
- SAP basics.
- SQL.
- Advanced Excel (MS Office).
- Exposure to ABAP (desirable).
- Familiarity with data‑analytics tools (desirable).
