Junior Architect – Revit Drafting & Permit Specialist

About the role

We are building a 114‑home wellness‑driven community in the Texas Hill Country and need a detail‑oriented Junior Architect to drive the drafting and permitting process. This position is focused on producing high‑quality Revit drawings, preparing permit packages, and supporting coordination efforts. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with the Architecture Lead and an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clean, accurate Revit models and construction drawings for residential units.
• Update plans quickly based on feedback while maintaining consistent drafting standards.
• Prepare permit‑ready documentation for 114+ homes, complete required forms, and validate information for county submissions.
• Incorporate engineer and consultant mark‑ups, and support later coordination phases.
• Keep Revit files organized, follow company workflows, and communicate proactively when clarification is needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of architectural experience, preferably on residential or U.S. projects.
• Strong Revit modeling and drafting abilities; a portfolio that showcases production‑type work.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work quickly and independently.
• Comfortable with remote, asynchronous work and can overlap at least 5 hours with U.S. Central Time.
